- Conduct assessments, deliver crisis interventions, and develop collaborative case plans.
- Connect clients with holistic, culturally appropriate services and community supports.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records to ensure continuity of care.
- Advocate for client safety and well-being, while identifying service gaps for improvement.
You Will Have
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work (or equivalent) – essential
- Experience in family violence or child wellbeing work – highly desirable
- Strong crisis intervention skills and a calm, empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Knowledge of family violence frameworks and child protection principles
- Commitment to culturally safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed practice
- A current and valid Employee Working with Children/'s Check
- A current full VIC Driver/'s Licence

- Generous Paid Parental Leave for primary (12 weeks) & secondary carers
- Purchased Leave Scheme (up to 8 weeks)
- Up to 5 days paid leave per year to experience working in other TSA programs or activities
- Access to EAP and health & wellness initiatives
- Ongoing training and development opportunities that enhance on-the-job skills and proficiency
- Rewarding and fulfilling purpose-driven careers with positive and sustainable impacts
