Salary: $78,894 - $109,079 + Salary Packaging (providing tax benefits of up to $18,550). Full/part time positions available in Rockingham and Mandurah.
Responsibilities
- Empower individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote effective communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.
- Utilize expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions and increase independence.
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches in the field of speech pathology, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/'s or Master/'s degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
