Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
As a Speech Pathologist with Down South Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You'll work closely with children, adults, and families to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Your role will involve developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to community outreach initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
Work from our Rockingham office, schools and the community, supporting children, teenagers, and adults
Provide 1:1 and group therapy, collaborating with teachers and families
Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans in a transdisciplinary team
Work within location-based schedules to limit travel and maximise client impact
Option to add community-based clients to expand your clinical interests
Take part in weekly supervision and mentoring to grow in your role
Contribute to projects, team learning, and innovation in your area of interest

Relevant Speech Pathology Degree/Masters qualification
