Overview

Are you a Mechanic looking to get off the tools and change your direction? This is an opportunity for you. We are seeking a permanent full time Workshop Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team based in Ingleburn, NSW, to provide exceptional customer service to our customers through advising and guiding them through our range of equipment products.

Exciting opportunity to move into a service-based sales role with an awesome trade customer network to work with. Company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop are provided so you can work with your customers on site and not spend your days behind a desk.

Perfect role for a mechanic or tyre fitter looking for a change. Utilise your expertise and experience to provide service to our customers. Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

- Provide customer service and advice to new and existing customers
- Workshop equipment sales
- Customer follow ups
- Workshop equipment demonstrations and installations
- After-sales equipment training

Requirements

- Ideally have mechanical/automotive knowledge and must hold a valid driver's licence
- Able to communicate in both a technical and non-technical manner
- Possess a team focus with strong relationship building skills
- Ability to work autonomously and organise and prioritise efficiently
