We are currently seeking a permanent full time Workshop Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team based in Tottenham/Melbourne, to provide exceptional customer service to our VIC customers through advising and guiding them through our range of equipment products.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and advice to new and existing customers
- Workshop equipment sales
- Customer follow ups
- Workshop equipment demonstrations and installations
- After-sales equipment training
Qualifications
- Ideally have mechanical/automotive knowledge and must hold a valid driver's licence
- Be able to communicate in both a technical and non-technical manner
- Possess a team focus with strong relationship building skills
- Have the ability to work autonomously and organise and prioritise efficiently
