To find out more visit our website at **.****About the role**MSS Security is seeking experienced Control Room Operators to work at the Reserve Bank of Australia in Craigieburn. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily control room operations, managing incident responses, monitoring security systems, compiling reports, and ensuring adherence to site policies.**Key responsibilities:*** Accurately document any incidents or security breaches, ensuring they are communicated to the appropriate personnel.* Undertake the day-to-day operations of the control room, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.* Coordinate emergency response activities and ensure timely action.* Enforcing up to date Standing Operating Procedures and communicating changes of policy, procedures, and operating requirements.* Operate control room systems including CCTV, alarms, access control, and communication platforms.* Verify identification, control access, and conduct security screenings.**Ideal candidates will have:*** Proven experience in control room operations and familiarity with security systems.
