Oji Fibre Solutions, part of the rapidly expanding Oji Group– a global manufacturer of innovative fibre packaging solutions, requires result-drivenProduction Team Members to join our multi million dollar corrugated packaging sitein Yatala Qld. Our Yatala plant manufactures cardboard boxes which play acritical part in the presentation, protection, and transportation of customerproducts in the Horticulture, Meat, Industrial, FMCG and Paper Productssegments.

Reporting to the respective Shift Manager,you will play a key role in the setup and operation of various packaging machines (Corrugator, Gluer, Stacker) ensuring all jobs are run tospecification to achieve world’s best practice in operational performance,safety, quality and customer service objectives and targets.

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a self-starter with:

- Prior experience in operating heavyequipment to required speed and performance
- Ability to read and understand SOP’s,safety instructions and manuals
- Strong interest/good knowledge of mechanicaldevices
- Desire to learn new skills
- Basic computer skills
- Currentforklift licence (desirable but not essential)
- Safety Firstmentality
