Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of steel building products, proudly operating locally in Bunbury. They produce a wide range of high-quality steel solutions, including roofing, walling, and structural components. With a strong focus on teamwork, quality craftsmanship, and a can-do attitude, they are now seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their dedicated team.

About the Role

- Operating machinery for steel fabrication and production.

- Flashings Operator – responsible for operating specialised machinery, shaping steel flashing components.

- Purlin Operator – responsible for operating specialised machinery that manufactures metal purlins for structural applications.

- Set up machinery according to product specifications.

- Quality check finished products to ensure they meet required standards.

- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.

- Work in a team to meet daily production targets.

About You

- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and hands‑on approach.

- Experience operating industrial machinery in a production environment; steel production experience is highly desirable.

- High attention to detail and quality assurance.

- Forklift ticket and experience (desirable)

- Able to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
