The Position

- Prepare and deliver fresh, high‑quality meals for school students and events.

- Lead daily kitchen operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

- Mentor and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive, service‑focused culture.

- Ensure full OH&S compliance, following safe work practices and food handling procedures.

- Manage stock levels and ordering to meet budget requirements.

- Support training and development of apprentices and junior chefs

- Opportunity to be a part of a school community with work life balance.

The Person

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

- Experience as a Chef

- Skilled in bulk cooking with a strong focus on quality and presentation

- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and food safety knowledge

- A team player who can also work independently

- Obtain a Blue Card (paid)
