THE POSITION

- Assist the Head Chef with stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring, and training by supervising the team.
- Monitor and oversee food production and menu-based catering on site.
- Ensure accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls and maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
- Use first-class produce, ensure all catering controls are in place, and minimize wastage.
- Deliver a premium experience to our clients and customers, meeting high expectations.

THE PERSON

- Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Previous leadership experience and a positive work culture mindset.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Availability to work various hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of Food Safety & HACCP regulations.
- Creative flair and passion for culinary innovation.

** Successful candidates will be required to pass an ASIC security clearance as part of onboarding.
