Salesforce Developer — Permanent – Melbourne or Sydney — $90,000 – $110,000 Super
CalibrX is proud to partner with a leading consultancy who are looking for Salesforce Developers to join their growing team in Melbourne or Sydney. You’ll be client-facing, collaborating with stakeholders to solve complex business problems, and building solutions that will be used and appreciated for years to come.
You’ll bring strong development skills, a passion for writing clean and scalable code, and the ability to advise clients on best practices within Salesforce. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, agile environment with talented teammates while continually growing your Salesforce expertise.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges and recommend innovative Salesforce solutions
- Configure and develop Salesforce components using best practices and out-of-the-box functionality
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with development standards
- Conduct unit testing and support third-party integrations
- Create prototypes and wireframes to support solution design
- Produce clear technical documentation including specifications, security design, and data dictionaries
Experience
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations
- Experience working with distributed teams in agile environments
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- Passion for solving complex problems and continuously improving
Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I
- Interest in progressing toward Salesforce CTA certification
