About the Role

This position provides support across various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, policy compliance, and reporting. The position works closely with the People & Culture Manager to ensure consistent application of HR practices and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

About You

- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.

- You will possess exceptional Microsoft Office Skills

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Ideal Experience

- 2 years of work experience in HR or training-related field

- Tertiary Qualifications in Training & Assessment desirable

- Working towards an HR qualification
