- Reviewing and analysing quality assurance and compliance outcomes from warehouse and product inspections to identify process gaps and recommend corrective or preventive actions in line with food safety standards.

- Promoting continuous improvement and best‑practice methodologies, supporting initiatives that align with the organisation’s commitment to operational excellence, resource optimisation, and customer satisfaction.

- Providing technical guidance and analytical support to operational teams to ensure consistent application of improved procedures, accurate data recording, and adherence to optimised workflows.

- Supporting cycle counting and stock reconciliation activities by validating inventory data, investigating variances, and ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records.

- Collaborating with management to review, develop, and refine supply chain policies and reporting frameworks that enhance transparency, accountability, and strategic decision‑making.

- Assisting in the implementation and post‑evaluation of approved operational changes, tracking outcomes to measure effectiveness and sustain long‑term performance improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

- A Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field.

- Previous experience in warehousing and inventory management, with demonstrated ability to analyse supply chain performance, optimise stock control processes, and support operational improvements.

- Understanding of warehouse operations and product inventory movement/system transactions.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
