Role Expectations

As a Room Leader at Goodstart, you/'ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You/'ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Redlands Bay

- 75 places in centre
- Join and work with an experienced Director with 20+ years in childcare, with a strong passion for working with children from a young age

You/'ll need

- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Seeking Room Lead with strong experience that will hit the ground running
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
