We are currently recruiting for a Disability Support Worker to work primarily in the North Brisbane area.

Responsibilities

Disability Support Worker responsibilities include supporting participants to recognise their goals, objectives and dreams, and helping achieve desired outcomes and tangible results. Roles may involve a 24/7 roster that includes weekdays, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers. Some shifts start at 2pm (16 hours in a 24 hour block with an inactive sleepover). Cas and shorter shifts are available for staff with flexible rosters and availability. Active night shifts are available for Female Support Workers in Rothwell. Qualifications

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
- Engaging and hands on experience within the industry
- Mental Health, High Care or Complex Behaviours desired
- CPR, First Aid, Blue Card and Yellow Card
- Has Drivers Licence and own Vehicle
