SALESFORCE ENGINEER | SALESFORCE, CI/CD | Up to $130,000 + SUPER | MELBOURNE| HYBRID

Sirius Technology is working with a leading non-profit organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. They’re seeking a talented Salesforce Engineer to join their high-performing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across Salesforce and backend technologies to enhance scalability, performance, and cloud-based system integration.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Flows, configurations, and automation to support evolving business needs.
- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and backend systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Oversee Salesforce environment management, release processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with backend engineers and data teams to ensure robust integration and accurate data flow.
- Contribute to system monitoring, testing, and technical improvements across the platform.

Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with declarative Salesforce development (Flows, validation rules, automation).
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with backend systems.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as SFDX, Gearset, or Copado.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth/JWT authentication, and API security principles.
- Experience with Dockerised environments and cloud platforms such as AWS.
