Our client is an internationally recognised fast-casual dining brand expanding in Victoria, with 13 locations currently and another 8 set to launch within the next two years. This is an incredible opportunity for a driven hospitality leader to step into a role that offers career progression and long-term growth. Located in Campbellfield, this newly fitted-out restaurant features a modern and sleek design with a spacious 50-seater dine-in space. The brand’s focus is on delivering high-quality, delicious meals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead daily operations, ensuring excellence in customer experience, team performance, and business profitability.
- Managing and mentoring a team to deliver outstanding service
- Overseeing recruitment, training, and staff development
- Driving operational efficiencies and ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Analysing financial performance and implementing strategies to maximise revenue
- Collaborating with senior management to contribute to the brand’s expansion
