About Corporate Services

The Corporate Services team includes human resources, procurement, payroll, business operations and digital and technology services, and helps CITS achieve its mission of supporting the WA economy through effective regulation.

About the role

This role offers an opportunity to join a highly respected State Government agency as a Payroll Officer, contributing to the efficient and timely processing of payroll for our workforce.

Responsibilities

- Process end‑to‑end payroll in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function.

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pool information

This pool will be used to fill current and future permanent, fixed‑term, full‑time and part‑time vacancies over the next 12 months. We have one permanent, full‑time (75 hrs p/f) position available.
