The opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a diverse operational portfolio, the Executive Manager, Operations will play a pivotal role in ensuring Sylvanvale thrives in a complex NDIS environment. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role with responsibility for performance, growth, and customer outcomes across all services. In this role, you will:

- Lead and inspire a large, diverse workforce to deliver quality, person-centred service
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in business models and service delivery
- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and customer-first outcomes
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to deliver strategic priorities and sustainable growth

About you

You are a values-driven leader with extensive senior management experience, ideally within disability services, community services, or the broader social purpose sector. You bring:

- A track record of leading large, complex operations in an evolving environment
- Deep understanding of the disability sector, NDIS, and customer-centred service delivery
- Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Strong financial and business acumen, with proven experience driving performance and growth
- A collaborative style and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders
