About Your Role

Scope has an exciting opportunity for a Strategy Manager within our Strategy Team.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will support the management of the Strategy Team's daily operations.

You will play a key role in strengthening the organization by supporting the New Housing Manager and their team.

Your Key Focus

- Lead development of business cases, project scoping documents, and market assessments.
- Support the delivery of key cross-functional initiatives aligned with Scope's strategic goals.
- Provide strategic advice to internal stakeholders based on research, data, and insights.
- Track and report on strategic project progress, escalating risks as needed.
- Support the annual corporate strategy cycle.

What We Look For

- Proven experience working with senior leadership and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in strategy, transformation, or project delivery roles within the community sector.
- Ability to run workshops and present to the executive leadership team.
- Demonstrated adaptability to change and resilience with a growth mindset.
