Role Overview
Ready to bring great financial products to life? In this key role, you'll lead the strategy, development, and rollout of financial solutions that support long-term goals like education, legacy planning, and wealth transfer.
You'll be the go-to person for all things product—owning the roadmap, creating standout product collateral, analysing the market, and making sure everything stays sharp, compliant, and competitive. Think big-picture vision meets tactical execution.
You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Risk, and Executive teams to bring ideas to life and make sure members and advisers love what you're building.
Skills & Experience
Bring your A-game with:
- 7+ years in financial services (bonus if you've worked in an ASIC/APRA-regulated environment)
- Experience developing or managing investment/wealth products (ideally tax-paid structures)
- A deep understanding of the financial adviser landscape
- Know-how in estate planning, education bonds, or wealth transfer strategies
- You speak fluent "PDS", "TMD" and "compliance" but can still explain things simply
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-first thinking
- A curious, courageous mindset—you ask bold questions and solve real problems
- A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA a bonus)
