People & Performance Advisor
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex, and ever-changing environment. You’ll provide generalist HR support while helping the business improve processes, strengthen compliance, and enhance the employee experience. You should be able to hit the ground running, adapt quickly, and stay resilient under pressure.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver HR lifecycle support, including onboarding, employee changes, and compliance checks
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve queries and provide expert guidance
- Assist with visa compliance and local employment requirements
- Collaborate with payroll and systems teams to streamline people processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and documentation enhancements
- Contribute to a positive employee experience through reliable and proactive support
Who we’re looking for
You bring a curious, proactive mindset, with energy and initiative to navigate complexity and change. Whether you’re early in your HR career or have some prior experience, you thrive in ambiguity, ask smart questions, and build strong relationships. We particularly value candidates who have demonstrated resilience, and are ready to succeed in a challenging, dynamic workplace. You’re systems-savvy, quick to learn, and keen to build a career in HR. Minimum Bachelor Degree qualified.
