Pay: Up to $36.53 per hour + Superannuation + Benefits

As a Goodstart Educator,you'llbecome a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. You’ll achieve this by:

- Actively contributingto the education program in the room and the centre team
- Engagingand supervisingthe children at all times
- Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

You’ll need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current QLD Working with Children Check
