About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Activation Manager who will act as the key custodian of brand execution, bringing Haircare Group’s brand campaigns to life. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll manage the activation of integrated marketing campaigns across trade, digital, social, PR, and design channels — ensuring cohesive, on‑brand execution that drives results.

You’ll lead a small team of specialists across brand, social media, and design, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to coordinate launch calendars, creative assets, content delivery, and in‑market execution.

You’ll also play a key role in measuring campaign performance and providing market insights, particularly to support the launch and positioning of new brands and products.

If you’re highly organised, creatively minded, and passionate about upholding brand integrity while delivering flawless execution — this role is for you.

About You:

- 8+ years' experience in marketing with a focus on campaign execution and activation
- Demonstrated leadership of or close collaboration with social and design functions
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and agencies
- A solid understanding of integrated marketing across digital, trade, social, and PR
- A natural ability to manage multiple priorities with calm confidence and a sharp eye for detail
- Passion for brand storytelling, creative execution, and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, or social analytics platforms
