Product Manager - Client Service and Support

Join our customer obsessed Client Service and Support team who love to create the best possible experiences for our clients and staff. Our team is responsible for the platform that enables our consultants and agents, leveraging Salesforce, to deliver a world class service experience. Working with business and product teams, BAs, engineering, and operations, you’ll help develop and manage this critical platform end-to-end.

What role will you play?

You will own the team/'s product strategy and roadmap, leading and executing on new initiatives, and working with critical vendors. You will partner with digital and client service & support teams, understanding both customer and agent needs, analyse data, and find opportunities to constantly improve the platform to provide a world class experience.

What you offer

- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading product development end-to-end
- An ability to break down complex problems, with a passion for data, and driving outcomes
- A strong focus on the user experience and delivering features that our teams love to use
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant experience in CRM, client support platforms, or with Salesforce is valuable.
