Maintenance Clerk

Are you a skilled Maintenance Clerk with a knack fororganisation and efficiency? We’re looking for someone likeyou to support our ongoing Civil Earthworks Project. Join our teamand play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly

As a Maintenance Clerk with NRW, you will be responsible forproviding a range of administrative and functions to support theMaintenance Superintendents and other staff associated with theproject.

To be considered for this position as a MaintenanceClerk you must possess the following as a minimum:

- Recent experience as a Maintenance Admin
- Experience in the mining and or civil industries
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-pressureenvironment
- Proficiency in modern IT applications including MicrosoftExcel, Word and Outlook
- Experience with maintenance management systems is highlydesired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level ofattention to detail
- Experience in warehouse/inventory duties

As a Maintenance Clerk on our site, you will beresponsible for but not limited to:

- Data entry for numerous daily, weekly and monthlyundertakings
- Maintain maintenance files and plant history associatedwith all machines
- Forward parts requisitions to purchasing officer in thePerth office
- Forecasting maintenance service scheduling and repairs
- Checking all timesheets to ensure they are filled outaccurately and signed off and sent to administration onsite
- Perform any additional tasks as directed which are withinyour skill, qualification, and competence level
