What’s the role?

This is a full time permanent role. You’ll take the lead across several professional services recruitment teams, driving growth, developing talent, and shaping the future of our recruitment success.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruitment consultants to achieve their goals and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships, developing new business opportunities and negotiating key accounts.
- Drive innovation in how we deliver recruitment solutions - from marketing and client engagement to candidate experience.
- Coach and develop your team, managing performance, career progression, and succession planning.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and deliver strategic initiatives across ANZ.

What we’re looking for?

- A proven leader with experience in recruitment at Manager or Associate Director level.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving team performance and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the recruitment market and a network of established client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, positive, and entrepreneurial mindset - with a genuine passion for people and performance.
- A Degree in HR or a related field.
