Description
Join the trusted, passionate and dedicated Followmont Family in Rockhampton as Local HR Driver, where reliability and efforts are truly appreciated.
We are looking for a customer focused individual to handle the safe pick-up and delivery of a variety of freight, including manual handling of parcel freight, all while adhering to our established rules and regulations.
What You Will Be Doing:
Full-Time | Permanent
Monday to Friday | 7:30 am start.
Overtime and weekend work on offer
Key Responsibilities:
Complete pickups and deliveries of general freight
Safely and efficiently manage deliveries on time and in full
Work in a Steady Paced Environment while consistently maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy
Adhere to established rules, regulations, and processes to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
What You Need:
Previous experience in a similar role in astructured environment
Must hold a currentHR Licence (Manual)
Forklift Licenceis desirable but not mandatory
A professional mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting goals
Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal history check

This role would best suit someone who thrives in a stable, structured work environment and takes pride in delivering results with precision, reliability and consistency. You'll be highly organized, dependable, and able to follow established processes with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
