Global Brand and Communications Advisor

As our Brand & Communications Advisor – Global, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and protecting Dyno Nobel’s brand across regions, platforms, and audiences. You’ll be the go-to expert for brand consistency, tone of voice, and visual identity, while also driving engaging communications that connect our people and elevate our reputation.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with global teams, lead special projects, and support crisis communications when needed. You’ll bring structure, creativity, and clarity to everything from social media content to strategic campaigns.
What you’ll do
• Lead brand governance: Maintain and evolve brand templates, style guides, and image libraries.
• Craft compelling content: Write and edit internal and external communications, from employee updates to executive messaging.
• Support strategic initiatives: Contribute to global campaigns, events, and crisis communications.
• Manage digital presence: Oversee intranet and website content to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Collaborate globally: Partner with regional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality communications.
• Measure and improve: Track communication effectiveness and provide insights to enhance engagement.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have a background in corporate communications, ideally within a large or global company, and hold a degree in communications, marketing or business. You’re confident writing and editing content for different audiences and know your way around tools like CMS platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop), Canva, and VIMEO. You’re organised, pay attention to detail, and can manage shifting priorities and time zones without fuss. Most importantly, you take a practical and thoughtful approach to your work and how you engage with others
