About the Role
This position leads the Workforce Analytics function within DFES, providing reporting and analysis for stakeholders across the organisation, as well as central state government agencies and other external bodies. The role coordinates the preparation of scheduled reports, complex analysis and developing solutions to respond to unique reporting requests. You will contribute to the development, coordination and delivery of data collection, analysis and visualisations for key workforce planning activities and projects, and be the focal point for workforce analytics expertise for the agency.

Eligibility and Other Requirements
You must be an Australian Citizen or hold permanent residency.
A current National Police Certificate (less than 3 months old) is required prior to commencement.
Choice of Super: Permanent appointments do not offer choice of super; options are remaining with GESB Super or joining the Fire and Emergency Services Superannuation Fund. Fixed-term contracts may have different options.
