Join a very stable team where you"ll be collaborating closely with the Senior Broker to manage a $ 1m portfolio and grow a portfolio of mid-market clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and achieving client objectives.

What the day will look like

- Manage and grow a $1.3 million portfolio of mid-market clients across various industries(construction, manufacturing, transport, farming, hospitality, etc.) along with other team members.
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients with income ranges from $5k to $60k.
- Collaborate with internal team members to develop tailored solutions and drive client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and portfolio growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and enhance overall account performance.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

- Experience working as an Insurance Broker.
- Outstanding communication
- Comfortable growing an existing Client portfolio
- Attention to detail
- Thrives in a learning & growth environment
- Tier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking)
- Basic insurance technical skills (highly regarded)
