A full-time position has arisen for a Lift Fitter (Lift Installation & Service) who is looking to excel in the lift industry and deliver the quality service we strive for.

About the role:

- Understand and implement drawings and blueprints provided to you
- Assemble and install elevator components using a range of both power and hand tool
- Identify faults in lift motors, brakes, switches and electrical and electronic control systems
- Undertake routine maintenance and servicing of lifts and escalators
- Replace worn or faulty parts in lift equipment
- Respond to emergency call-outs to repair lift equipment

About you:

- Have a Fitting/Electrical/Mechanical trade qualification or minimum 3 years’ experience in the lift industry
- Knowledge of lift code requirements
- White card
- Valid driving license
- Own tools
- Commitment to safe practices and work health and safety measures
- Can-do attitude, quick on your feet, and a problem-solver
