Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the APAC market.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Oversee pricing and contract negotiations to optimise profitability and competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Director - Sales should have:

- Proven experience in sales leadership within the industrial, mining or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in APAC.
- Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in analysing data and preparing detailed reports.
- A tertiary qualification in business, sales, or a related field is desirable
