Hands-on Payroll Transformation Manager needed to centralise payroll across five entities. You’ll deliver system migration, process improvement, and compliance stability using Employment Innovations, supported by offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead payroll centralisation and system migration;

- Oversee data validation, testing, and go-live;

- Align Finance, HR, and vendor stakeholders;

- Standardise processes, controls, and reporting; and

- Ensure compliance and payroll accuracy (PAYG, SG, STP).

About You

- Proven experience in payroll transformation projects;

- Deep knowledge of Australian payroll compliance;

- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills;

- Hands‑on experience with Employment Hero preferred; and

- Excellent communicator and problem solver.
