Are you a driven retail or hospitality professional seeking an exciting leadership opportunity in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading player in the fuel and convenience retail industry, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

As the Assistant Site Manager for Yarrabilba, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Site Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store compliance.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee rostering, team training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, food handling, and operational standards.

About You:

- Experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in fuel, convenience, or FMCG.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
