About the role We are currently seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our Wills, Estates & Succession Planning team in Torquay. Coulter Legal’s Torquay office prides itself on providing high quality legal services while embracing the friendly atmosphere and welcoming coastal vibes of our community. This role will support our Torquay based lawyers with legal administration. This will include client intake and scheduling, preparation of documents (including some audio typing) and file management. This role will also include reception responsibilities at our Torquay office, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for our clients. The successful applicant will be proactive and keen to learn. While previous legal experience is a bonus, extensive training will be provided in a supportive environment.
