Inclusive Education Administration Coordinator

Join a leading independent school as our Inclusive Education Administration Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will provide dedicated administrative support to the Inclusive Education team, ensuring all documentation and processes meet NCCD funding requirements. Working closely with the Director of Inclusive Education, you will coordinate student support services, manage records and schedules, and help foster a supportive environment for students with diverse learning needs.
We’re seeking someone with strong organisational and communication skills, a commitment to student wellbeing and child safety, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic school setting. Experience in school administration and knowledge of NCCD processes are highly desirable.

Key Selection Criteria / Essential Qualifications and Skills
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
2. Solid understanding of NCCD processes and supporting students with disabilities.
3. Excellent organisational and analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a busy school environment.
4. Proficient in ICT and database management (Microsoft Office; Synergetic experience valued).
5. Adaptable and open to change, with a positive approach to feedback.
6. Commitment to student wellbeing, child safety, and inclusive practices.
7. Dedication to ongoing professional development.
8. Demonstrates integrity, fairness, and embraces diversity.
9. Relevant post‑secondary qualifications and/or experience in administration or as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
10. Experience as a first point of contact in a client‑facing role.
11. School experience highly desirable but not essential.
