We’re on the lookout for Peak Sales Assistants to join our Chadstoneteam during our busiest and most exciting time of year.

The Role

As a Peak Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of Glue Store — creating memorable interactions, connecting customers with the latest product, and contributing to a high-performing, high-energy team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prioritising every customer and delivering standout service, every time

Engaging with customers through a fun, approachable and confident sales style

Supporting in-store operations including processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers

Sharing your product knowledge to help customers style their look

Assisting Department Managers and contributing to store-wide success

Following daily operational procedures including store opening and closing

Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Contributing to a culture of accountability, positivity and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not essential)

A passion for fashion, culture and creating a next-level customer experience

A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving store goals and KPIs

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within a supportive environment
