The role & responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service with premium products
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Process large volumes of stock efficiently
- Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders
- Assist in maintaining store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude to effectively sell to customers
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
- Self-motivation and willingness to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong listening skills and the ability to use feedback constructively
