We are currently seeking _experienced_ retail staff to join our dynamic Chadstone sales teams. This is a unique opportunity to join an Australian-owned and operated business found exclusively in Melbourne.

You must possess previous retail experience - roles in fashion apparel and footwear will be viewed favourably.

You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. There is also a specific position suited to a multi-lingual applicant who speaks both excellent **_English & Mandarin_**. An ability to deliver great customer service is essential.

We seek staff with excellent availability, immaculate personal presentation with a willingness to work across multiple days.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales and brand recognition whilst being a role model in exemplifying exceptional customer service skills.
- Provides strong leadership to ensure a harmonious working environment.
- Maintain a high visual merchandising standard.
- Liaise with shopping centres and marketing teams on advertising and promotions.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $41.00 per hour
