About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our busy Artarmon Mercedes‑Benz team on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

- Meet, greet and assist customers in a warm friendly welcoming manner
- Determine customers’ servicing requirements
- Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
- Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers ensuring they are given the best possible Customer Service experience
- Exceeding manufacturers Customer Satisfaction requirements

Requirements for the role

- Experience in a similar role is essential
- A good command of the English language
- Full work rights in Australia
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
- Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Sound automotive technical knowledge
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Strong computer literacy
- Have a professional attitude and be well organised
- Current Australian or International drivers licence
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate care and attention to detail
