About the role

Box Office and Marketing Coordinator – A temporary full‑time position available until January 2027 with a 9‑day fortnight. The role combines box office operations with marketing initiatives to promote theatre programs, providing a unique blend of customer service, financial reporting and promotional strategy.

Key responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of box office operations, ensuring a seamless ticketing experience.

- Oversee the ticketing process, manage financial reporting, and coordinate marketing strategies to enhance event visibility.

- Develop, execute and track marketing campaigns and promotional materials that engage and inform the community.

- Provide exceptional customer service and handle complex inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications & experience

- Certificate III in Marketing or equivalent experience in a similar role.

- Proficiency in ticketing or events management systems.

- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.

- Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.

- Excellent decision‑making abilities.

Benefits & working conditions

- Commencing salary up to $73.5k per annum with progression opportunities to a maximum of $85.2k per annum plus 12% superannuation, contingent on performance and skills assessment.

- Work location: Laycock Street Community Theatre, Central Coast.
