Role Overview
We are hiring a SaaS Sales Executive (Mid-Level) with 3–5 years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience. This role focuses on generating pipeline, running demos, converting mid-tier deals, and supporting senior sales leadership on enterprise opportunities.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets, strong communication skills, and the ambition to grow into a senior role as the region expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound activities (cold outreach, emails, LinkedIn prospecting, networking).
- Deliver effective product demos and discovery sessions tailored to client needs.
- Manage early–mid sales cycle: lead qualification, opportunity management, demos, proposals, follow‑ups.
- Support senior managers in enterprise deal cycles and regulated sector opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries, pipeline forecasting, and weekly activity reporting.
- Assist with RFP/RFI responses, commercial proposals, and pitch material.
- Collaborate with marketing on region‑specific campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Continuously gather and share market intelligence, including competitor insights and local trends.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands‑on B2B SaaS sales experience (mandatory).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving individual sales targets, revenue quotas, or demo/meeting KPIs.
- Experience handling end‑to‑end demos and mid‑size deal closures.
- Excellent outbound prospecting ability and confidence engaging new leads.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
- Ability to work independently within a distributed team.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, Finance, or related field.
- Candidates with certifications in sales, SaaS products, or fintech will be considered an advantage.
- Additional training in AML/KYC, compliance or risk is a plus, but not mandatory.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to fintech, ID verification, AML/KYC, compliance, onboarding, or RegTech products.
- Experience selling to financial institutions, fintech startups, wealth managers, or corporate service providers.
