Antunes International Student Services Pty Ltd (WEST 1 Perth) are looking for an experienced and qualified Contract Administrator for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday based in East Perth, WA 6004.
The Contract Administrator will complete all tasks as directed by our Regional Director to ensure high-level coordination of contracts with our education providers and business partners.
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
Providing high-level coordination of contracts with our education providers and business partners including formulating, evaluating, and dealing with variations and adjustments to contract terms.
Addressing questions and resolving issues that may arise in relation to the terms and conditions of contracts.
Maintaining contract records, monitoring deadlines, and handling all documentation associated with contracts.
Assisting in the negotiation of contract terms between our internal team and external partners, ensuring all contractual obligations are met for smooth operations.
Periodically renewing and updating current contracts for compliance to industry standards, ensuring mitigation of any legal issues.
Evaluating potential risks associated with specific contract terms and provides recommendations to management as needed.
Remaining informed about international education legislation such as standards, specifications and procedures set out at the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) legislation, the Commonwealth Register of Institution and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS), and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 to monitoring and adjusting contract terms accordingly.
Building and sustaining relationships with our education providers and business partners to identify and mitigate risks while maximising the value of the contract.
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications and work experience:
A Diploma or higher qualification in law, business or project management with at least one year full-time experience working in a Contract Administrator role. This formal qualification can be substituted by at least three years of work experience in a Contract Administrator role.
Attributes such as the ability to performance under pressure working as a Contract Administrator will be highly regarded.
