What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?

- Media Strategy & Execution: Leading the development of integrated media plans that are customer-centric, data-driven, and commercially impactful. Partnering with our media agency to optimise campaigns, drive innovation, and ensure best-in-class execution across all channels.

- Sponsorship Strategy & Activation: Owning the end-to-end sponsorship strategy from identifying high-value opportunities to negotiating partnerships and overseeing activation plans. Ensuring sponsorships align with brand values and deliver measurable impact.

- Agency & Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with media and sponsorship partners, internal marketing teams, and agency village. Being the go-to expert for media and sponsorships across the business.

- Budget & Performance Management: Managing media and sponsorship budgets, overseeing financial processes, and delivering performance reporting that informs future investment decisions.

Your keys to success:

- 10+ years’ experience in media planning and buying, with strong client leadership and negotiation skills.

- Proven experience managing sponsorships—from strategy to execution.

- Expertise in digital advertising, ad-tech, mar-tech, and data-led performance analytics.

- Strong strategic thinking, relationship management, and financial acumen.

- A passion for storytelling, brand building, and creating feel-good moments for customers.
