About the Role
TSA Riley is looking for an experienced Program Director to join the NSW Property team to oversee complex programs as the key client contact.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact with the client, providing clear and consistent reporting.
- Lead program management, overseeing execution, monitoring progress, and aligning delivery with client goals.
- Ensure all subprograms and services are delivered in line with scope, KPI, safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Anticipate and address program-level risks, opportunities, and escalations.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders to ensure programs deliver intended benefits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, both internally and on the client side.
About You
We're looking for a proven leader with:
- Significant experience in the property sector, delivering large-scale programs or portfolios of work.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage complex client relationships.
- Executive-level communication skills and confidence operating as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- A track record of building, leading, and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
- The ability to contribute strategically while remaining hands-on in delivery when needed.
