The Role

This is a casual Grounds and Maintenance Worker position, located at Reflections Holidays, Lake Keepit.

The purpose of the role is to carry outmaintenance and grounds work within the park and represent Reflections Holidays.

Inthis role, you will:

- Undertake general groundsmaintenance and minor repairs of site facilities as required.

- Undertake cleaning ofguest amenities.

- Maintain gardens and treesto ensure a safe environment for visitors and employees.

- Operate small plant andhand-operated equipment, such as ride on mower, brush cutter, hedgetrimmer and other general lawn & gardening tools.

- Undertake regular cleaningand maintenance of park vehicles.

- Assist and direct visitorswithin the park.

- Ongoing internal andexternal training and development courses.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Great teamwork and communication skills.

- A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.

- The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.

- Flexible availability to work including weekend, peak holidayseasons and public holiday work.

Experience in a similar role is desirable.
