At St Andrew’s Aged Care, nestled in the peaceful surrounds of Tallebudgera, you’ll be part of a warm, collaborative team making a real difference every day.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and contractors
- Provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate records and databases for residents and contractors
- Coordinate mail, petty cash, stationery, and service newsletters
- Support bookings for service vehicles and community spaces
- Assist Independent Living Unit (ILU) residents with maintenance requests
- Work closely with care, hospitality, and leadership teams to support holistic care delivery
What You’ll Bring
- Strong customer service and administration experience
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- A current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- (Desirable) Experience in aged care or a similar environment
