Casual Administration Support – 2 Positions Available

Looking for a casual role where your skills truly matter? Love working in a fast-paced environment with variety and purpose? Yarrawonga Health is currently seeking two motivated and reliable Administration Support team members to join our vibrant workforce

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of our health service, supporting patients, staff, and visitors with professionalism and care.

About the Role:

As an Administration Support team member, you’ll be a vital part of our day-to-day operations. You’ll provide front-line service and behind-the-scenes support across a range of areas, including:

- Main Reception
- Admissions & Theatre
- Aged Care
- Medical Records & Imaging
- Antenatal Clinic
- Ward Clerk Duties
- And other general administration areas as required

You’ll bring flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude to every shift.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Ability to handle competing demands and work under pressure
- A team player who’s adaptable and proactive
- Understanding of medical terminology and privacy/confidentiality principles

Desirable:

- Certificate in Business Administration (or similar qualification)
- Previous experience in a hospital or aged care setting
