FP&A Analyst

About the company

Market leader in their sector, Private Equity (PE) backed and growth focused with an already strong track record of achieving their ambitions. Finance leadership team has been with the business since its establishment, you will work for/alongside people who have been part of the journey to date. Dynamic, fast and forward thinking are words that spring to mind, coupled with strong leadership, hybrid working and based closed to public transport and local amenities.

Role summary

Commercial business partner role within the FP&A team. Your job is not only to just produce and budgets and monthly KPI reports (and communicate them) but actively work across all departments to assist the day-to-day delivery of such targets. Key to a role like this will be your ability to establish credibility and influence.

About the role

- Produce the annual budgets and ongoing forecasting plans
- Produce the monthly management accounts packs
- Support decisions through high quality analysis including financial models
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the management structure
- General duties as required on a need’s basis – culturally everyone is hands-on and gets stuck in

Skills & experience

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting & Finance; CA, CPA preferred
- Experience working for a medium size entity with end-to-end management accounting experience
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, the emphasis being on tailoring to your audience to drive a result
- Strong general technical and systems skills, data accuracy, ERP/BI capability, excel, etc
